Mind Body Bridging Group Coaching 

Welcome to the Mind Body Bridging Group Coaching Program.

 

 As a cohort we will be meeting weekly for 12 weeks of group coaching (60-75 minute weekly sessions) every Tuesday at 6:15 PM MST. The zoom link information is at the bottom and I will email you the link as well. We will use the same link for the full 12 weeks.

This will be your Members Portal that you will have lifetime access to so you can view the recorded weekly coaching sessions. You can also come back any time and watch the coaching videos as a resource to refresh learning for your tools. If you cannot attend group one week you will also be able to see the recording here in the portal so you do not miss out on any learning. 

Please download and print the Individual Coaching Workbook and the Connection Course Workbook as a comparison as this will be the guide for the program. You are welcome to print and use any of the documents in the workbook as you need. You will also receive the official Mind Body Bridging workbook for stress in the mail as an additional reference guide for you to use. 

Throughout the 12 week program you will learn multiple frameworks to set up specific Mind Body Bridging programs that work for your circumstances. You will also understand how to use the model for various diagnosis/life situations.

You also have access to the Mind Body Bridging Connection Course as another tool of support in learning MBB. This will be a different product in your members portal. It will be the same login but a different product. If you do not see the product there, email [email protected]

This program was set up as a group so you can gain support and learning from other coaches/therapists. The group cohort allows you to see how the model can be used in different situations and receive feedback from other coaches/therapists.
