3 Ways to work together
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Whether you’re looking for tools, deeper support, or therapy, this is the place to start.
Â
1. MembershipÂ
The LDS Mental Health Skills Membership is a faith-centered space where you’ll learn practical mental health tools through a gospel lens.
With live workshops, group support, and individual guidance from Niki, you’ll strengthen your resilience, deepen your relationship with God, and find peace in daily life.
Â
2. Conference
Join us for the annual LDS Mental Health Skills Conference where LDS Therapists and Coaches will help you strengthen your mental and emotional health in a way that aligns with your faith.
We cover things like anxiety, perfectionism, grief, relationships and more.
All sessions are virtual, live and recorded, so you can go at your own pace.

3. Aligned Counseling
One of the most common questions I get is:
“How do I find a therapist who understands my values?”
So I created a place for that.
Aligned Counseling is my virtual therapy practice, serving clients across Utah.
If you’ve been feeling:
- overwhelmed
- mentally exhausted
- stuck in patterns you can’t break
- or just ready for more support
this could be a really good next step.
You can book directly online or reach out with any questions.

Not sure where to start?
That’s okay. Most people aren’t.
Just pick the option that feels like the next right step for you.
You don’t have to do everything, just something.
