Episode 13. 30 Days to Better Mental Health

May 03, 2021

May is Mental Health Awareness month and I will be focusing on bettering your mental health.

To be able to care for the people you love, you must first take care of yourself.

After enduring a worldwide pandemic for over a year I am sure you are possibly noticing some effects on your mental health like feeling:

  • Lonely and isolated from support
  • Exhausted from the increased duties at home
  • Anxious from all the fears of the unknown
  • Like you’re in a fog and unable to think clearly
  • A loss of motivation and energy
  • Doubt in your ability to cope moving forward
  • Selfish for taking time for yourself

So for Mental Health Awareness Month this year, I want you to commit to yourself and join my 30-Days to Better Mental Health Challenge and commit to doing simple things every day to practice true self care.

What are you waiting for? Commit to yourself today. Join the 30 days to better mental health challenge
