Are you a New Years resolution type of person? I am, to an extent. I like to set goals for myself a lot and will set them at the beginning of the year but my goal setting doesn't stop there. I set them year round if I need to. But as a frequent goal setter, I have learned a few things about setting goals and the pitfalls that can happen.

 

One of the most major things I have learned is that there are no short term fixes that help you in the long term. So if you want to make a change in your life for the long term, here are a few things to consider.
