I have no doubt that all of us have felt rejection, had people treat us unkindly, and have had conflict in our relationships. Wouldn't it be nice if we could just avoid those all together? Well unfortunately we can't. The good news? There are skills you can teach your children to help them manage it all.

In this episode I welcome Brooke Romney to discuss just how you can do that. As a mom, wife, author, and educator she shares 3 tips for teaching your kids how to deal with the conflict, unkindness and rejection that your kids will inevitably face. Preparing them now with those skills will impact their ability to handle it all throughout their life.
