I recently came across a reel created by Uliti Fanguopo where he referred to the Savior as the Ultimate Counselor. As a therapist this really struck a chord with me. I counsel with people to improve their mental health but I know that I am not the one changing people. I am not the one healing people. My goal is to remove all barriers to the Savior so that He can heal them.

After seeing that reel I invited Uliti to join me on the podcast to dive deeper into that topic and how we find mental health in the scriptures. Join us as he shares his personal experiences, scriptures he loves, and just how we can turn to the Savior as a counselor and healer of our mental health.
