Many youth in the church struggle and it can be difficult to know if their struggles are caused by typical teenager life or if mental health care is needed. As a parent and youth leader in the church there are many things we can do to help them with both.

This week I sat down with Dr. Kyle Jones to discuss how we can do that. As a family physician at the University of Utah, father, and one who has struggled with his own mental health he shares 3 tips for adults to help youth in the church with their mental health.
