Most women will tell you that motherhood can be really hard at times. Of course that doesn't mean we don't love our kids or that we don't truly love being moms. What it does mean though, is that we need resources. This rings true for Lisa Valentine Clark.

As a widowed mom of 5, actress, author, and host of The Lisa Show on BYU Radio she knows first hand how difficult mothering can be. Especially trying to balance it all. This is why her mental health has been so important to her. She joins me in this episode to share 3 habits she implements into her life to keep herself at her best.
