What does the Sabbath day mean to you? I recently spoke to Dr. Fred Dodini who is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and recently published a book entitled, Shine Brighter: Choosing a Life of Greater Clarity, Purpose and Joy. Dr. Fred Dodini is a therapist, life coach and family life educator who resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Self care is necessary to establishing correct priorities and making correct choices that will maximize our potential. The sabbath was instituted for that purpose—a day of physical, emotional, and spiritual self care so we can better reach our best and brightest potentials.

Listen in and learn how you can apply Dr. Dodini's teachings to your Sabbath day to make it more holy and peaceful and last all week.
