Betrayal trauma isn’t just heartbreak. It’s a wound that cuts to the core of your trust, safety, and sense of reality. When someone you deeply trust, like a spouse, breaks that trust through infidelity or hidden behaviors, the fallout can feel like your whole world has collapsed. Panic. Anxiety. Confusion. Even physical symptoms.

In this Sister Connection episode, I’m joined by two incredible women who have lived through the storm of betrayal trauma and found hope on the other side. We talk about what the hardest days looked like, what helped them cope, how they began to feel safe again, and what they would say to the woman who just found out her world has shattered.

If you’ve experienced betrayal or know someone who has, this episode is here to help you feel seen, understood, and less alone.
